The site is operated by Scalesys SRL, a company registered in Romania under registration number J40/XXXXX/20XX, tax ID (CUI) ROXXXXXXXX, with its registered office at registered address, Bucharest, Romania (“ZeroSet”, “we”, “us”).
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it. You agree not to:
- copy, download, re-upload or redistribute the videos and other work shown here, except by sharing a link;
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights;
- try to disrupt the site, access systems you’re not authorised to, or scrape it at scale;
- use content from the site to train, fine-tune or benchmark machine learning models.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, text, graphics and code belong to ZeroSet or our licensors.
The films and other work shown here were made for our clients and are displayed with their permission. Copyright and other rights in that work may belong to the client. Brand names, logos and the names and likenesses of people featured belong to their respective owners, and showing them here doesn’t mean those owners endorse ZeroSet beyond the project shown.

Information on the site
We describe our services, process and typical timelines in good faith, but everything on the site is general information, not an offer. Scope, pricing, turnaround and deliverables for any project are only binding once agreed in writing.
Results described in case studies and client quotes reflect those clients’ experiences and aren’t a guarantee of the same result for you.
Third-party services and links
The site uses third-party services, such as Cloudflare for video and Cal.com for bookings, and may link to other websites. We aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your data, and their own terms apply when you use them.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site.
